TIS welcomes superstar CBeebies presenter to showcase his new book

TIS welcomed none other than superstar CBeebies presenter Andy Day to their school recently. He came with his illustrator, Steven Lenton, to promote their new book – Dino Dad! Much fun was had by all with children competing in dance competitions and everyone learning how to be a POOPA (read the book and you’ll find out what that means!) Year 3 from TJS loved visiting their old school for this special event, joining up with year 1 and 2 from TIS in their school hall. Andy was larger than life and just a nice as he appears on TV, enthusiastically teaching us about dinosaurs, reading his new story and encouraging everyone along the way.
