Susie Dent – countdown star – visits TJS for World Book Day

It was a very exciting World Book Day at TJS this year, as the famous Susie Dent came to talk to us all about words. It was fascinating to learn more about etymology, including thinking about the evolution of language and slang. The children had a fabulous time coining their own words and sharing their creative and sometimes bizarre ideas!
